BREED: Husky mix
GENDER: Female
AGE: 10 months old
SIZE/WEIGHT: Medium
HISTORY: Gigi was rescued stuck inside a large garbage bin starving, cold, skin infection of mange, and at the time terrified of humans. She had never been handled when a puppy or adolescent. She is now healed and enjoys people.
TEMPERAMENT: Shy, sweet, quiet, even – tempered, mild mannered. Gigi has gorgeous blue eyes that almost talk to you. She is like an old soul.
PERSONALITY: Gigi has come a long way since day of rescue. Her foster mom has her playing, walking on leash, socializing and enjoying other dogs and people. Gigi is very easy going and likes a quiet environment and prefers to be inside if not out for a walk or dog park adventure. She likes to be near people.
BEST MATCH: We are looking for a kind adopter who understands Gigi has a sad upbringing on her own after her mother ran out of milk. She lived at the dump hoping to get some leftovers. She needs to continue her socialization with an adopter who will get her out into society, exercise running, dog parks to meet people and dog off leash, basic reward based training indoors. Gigi needs a moderate amount of exercise. Would also work well in a condo and with another confident dog.
FAVORITE THINGS: Her big comfy bed indoors at her foster home. She enjoys going with walks with her foster-doggie friend. She enjoys the company of people she knows and loves her.
